First rider at 18:45, with sign on from 18:15. 2 laps around the Tingrith hilly circuit. Sunset is at 19:47:, bring a rear light.
The Tingrith circuit is ideal for younger riders (they must be over 12 years of age), offering back lanes with little traffic or as an interval type hilly circuit, ideal for training. Entry fees are £5 for adults and £3 for U16. Come and try for total novices is free.
Tea, coffee, cake and a chin wag in the club house afterwards.
